Quotes from Students, Parents, and Alumni
"GHP took something that we valued in ourselves and gave credence to it. It helped us see how our talents fit in the world, and it took us from where we were, increased our vision, and took us to new heights. It did for us what I hope public education will do for all kids."

Christine Puckett (Music)

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR 2009 GHP ALTERNATES
 -  If your name does not appear on the GHP Finalist list, you have been designated a GHP Alternate.  Although each year a few of the alternates may be given the opportunity to move to a finalist position, the number able to do so is very limited.  If your status changes, the GHP office will notify you.  Considering this, if you have additional opportunities for summer enrichment activities, you are encouraged to pursue them.  Should you have any questions regarding this, please be in touch with your local school system GHP coordinator.
